Mystery Plant Study
We will study one plant over the course of each month. working in this way with a plant helps us understand the energetics of the plant and it facilitates learning directly through our intuition which is powerful. It builds experience. Furthermore, we will share both traditional and contemporary information regarding the plant at the next plant proving.
This meet-up is a part of our Membership. (Please visit our Membership on Patreon to register!)

Outdoor Movie night falls on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
Outdoor Movie Night
This month we will be screening Como Agua Para Chocolate – Like Water for Chocolate, a 1992 Mexican romantic drama film in the style of magical realism based on the popular novel, published in 1989 by first-time Mexican novelist Laura Esquivel. The movie is about a woman named Tita living in the early 1900s experiencing the struggles of love, family dynamics and family tradition. The situation creates much tension in the family, and Tita’s powerful emotions begin to surface in fantastical ways through her cooking.
These screenings are outdoors and happen with sunset. For now they are at 8:30pm CST and on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Please bring your mask. Wear your mask as you are walking around and once you are are settled with appropriate distance you may remove your mask. Bring bug spray and seating you may need. Please feel free to bring food and beverage to enjoy.
If you purchase a Membership you get to come to these screenings for free every month! Donation is still optional as you would be supporting good causes! All funds go directly to the Community Health Fund. The community Health fund supports those at an economic disadvantage.
Touch base with fellow herbalists through a supportive discussion-based gathering! Our Herbal Study Group is a great way to go deeper into the practices and rhythms of herbal medicine and holistic healing. All are welcome, whether you are a budding herbalist or a more experienced clinician. In 2021, we began diving into the beloved book The Practicing Herbalist by Margi Flint. This book covers facial diagnostics, tongue assessment, clinical practicum, and herbal formulations. Good news, you do not have to purchase the book to take part! This one is on the pricier side. We will read the book out loud together in these meetings so that it is easy to follow and more accessible to those who cannot afford it. Cool, right?
These meetings happen at 7:30pm CST on the 4th Thursday of every month on Zoom. The zoom link will be provided in the patreon portal.
