In this class you will learn how to decipher the state of your Agni (digestive fire) and if Ama (toxins) is present, and how to treat it.

In Ayurveda, Agni (digestive fire) is considered ruler of the body. Agni is responsible for all of our transformation and is the most important factor when considering a person’s state of health. In this class we will be going over the different states of Agni, how to identify them, and how to increase or even decrease it. Ama (toxins) do not exist if Agni is properly functioning. We will also learn the many ways Ama shows up in our bodies and how to address and eliminate them all from a Traditional Ayurvedic perspective.

Caitlin is a Massage Therapist, Herbalist, and Ayurvedic Practitioner. She loves educating about the elements within and outside of our bodies that influence its daily fluctuations. For Caitlin, teaching has been a humbling experience in helping people be their own empowered advocates on a journey to wellness.

This class is in person. Spots are limited. You will be required to bring a mask, and we suggest a journal and a pen.

Caitlin is also choosing to donate 5% of funds to the Community Health fund for economically disadvantaged!
