When: Saturday September 25th 10:00am-12:00 pm
Where: Earth Commons – 813 Springdale Road

Learn about plant medicines that can promote ease and help your body’s stress response.

In class, we will go over how our society is structured and how it creates stressed / anxious people. We will then discuss plants that soothe our existence and talk about practices that are nourishing to our bodies. Each student will leave with 1 tea —or— tincture.

Leighla is a Mexican – indigenous herbalist who has been working with plant medicines for 6 years. Leighla started on the herbal journey when she wanted to take a holistic approach to her own barriers. She realized there is an abundance of plants waiting with open arms. This class is for folks looking to take gentle steps and welcome the lessons that plants have to offer into their lives.

This class is in person. Spots are limited. You will be required to bring a mask, and we suggest a journal and a pen.

Leighla is also choosing to donate 5% of funds to the Community Health fund for economically disadvantaged!
