Harness the power of plant medicine to help calm cravings, navigate challenges, and empower you to live your best life!
Whether you are years into a sober journey, freshly forging your path to recovery, or maybe just starting to question your relationship to alcohol, this class series will provide you with the knowledge and tools to support positive change in your life. Join us in honor of “Sober October” as we examine the physiological and psychological elements amidst the uncertainty of modern life. Rooted in an East-West perspective, Dr. Nicole Finkelstein will provide a series of botanicals and nature-based techniques that may assist your body and mind in any stage of your personal recovery. This will be a judgement-free and safe class space (mindful sharing is encouraged but absolutely not required). We hope that you’ll join us!
Nicole Finkelstein is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, licensed acupuncturist, and registered herbalist who was raised as a naturalist on her family’s strawberry farm in rural Ohio. She spent much of her childhood exploring the plant kingdom and testing botanical remedies passed down through generations of Appalachian healers. With over a decade of Western and Eastern herbal study, she founded Herban Austin -an herb farm in Central Texas that cultivates medicinal botanicals while striving to strengthen community.
This class is in person. Spots are limited. You will be required to bring a mask. We will take precautions depending on what stage we are in.
Nicole will be donating 5% of proceeds to the Community Health fund for the Economically disadvantaged. Thank you!
